Eligibility for Returns:
• You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of your purchase date.
• If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened or used products
• Gift cards
• Items on Sale (unless otherwise stated)
Return Process:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at cs@stillmansbeauty.com or whatsapp us on +92 300 2015456 with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Include the RA number in your return package.
4. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided in the RA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
